1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing any mobile applications, games, and website services built by Ariva Labs (collectively referred to as our "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not access, download, or use our Services. Your continued use of the Services signifies your agreement to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and materials associated with the Services, including but not limited to the source code, game mechanics, algorithms, artwork, characters, user interfaces, branding logos, design systems, and audio compositions, are the exclusive property of Ariva Labs.

These assets are shielded by international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, frame, modify, distribute, sell, license, or decompile any portion of our software or assets without our prior written consent.

3. User License & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and fully revocable license to run and play our apps for personal entertainment purposes.

Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Exploiting code anomalies, bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software (cheats, mods) to secure an unfair game advantage.
• Running automated programs or scripts to harvest gameplay parameters or simulate human activity.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass digital rights management (DRM) or access restrictions implemented within the games.

4. User Accounts & Progress

Certain games offer progress synchronization through Google Play Games or authentication accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and security credentials of these external profiles. We do not assume liability for data loss or achievements deleted due to unauthorized third-party profile access.

5. In-App Purchases & Refunds

Some apps provide virtual in-game products, currency, or skins. All transactions are securely processed by the Google Play Store. We do not collect or access your billing credentials.

All virtual goods represent a limited license right and have no real-world cash equivalence. Refunds are governed exclusively by Google Play Store Refund Policies. To make queries, refer to Google support.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our servers, networks, or databases. You will not submit spam or malicious content through our contact interfaces or disrupt the gaming experience of other users.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ariva Labs does not guarantee that the Services will function without interruption, that bug fixes will be instant, or that the systems are entirely free of technical errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ariva Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access, usage, or inability to access the Services, including but not limited to device failure, game state loss, or emotional distress.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
